Photocopier Locations

There are 14 photocopiers on various floors of the library.

Paying for Photocopies

  • Black and white copies cost 10¢ per page.
  • All of the machines accept Debitcards. There is one coin-operated machine in the 2rd Floor Elevator Lobby .
  • Purchase Debitcards from vending machines mounted on the wall on the 1st Floor (near the copy machines located under the main staircase and in Room 140, InfoLab) and the Periodicals Reading Room.
  • Debitcards cost $1.00 (card costs $.25 and $.75 credit goes on the card). Also, add money to Debitcards using these vending machines.

Scanning

  • The Periodicals Room has two copier/scanners that scan direct to email (black and white and color).
  • The Reference Department has one in 262D/E (color).
  • The InfoLab (Room 140) has one (color).
  • MMC (Room 443) as microform scanner/digitizer.

Presentation

Rooms M279B and 479 in Memorial Library contain:

  • 40-inch presentation monitors
  • MS Office software

Visit the Circulation Desk to borrow the wireless keyboard and mouse. You will need to leave your UW ID with the staff at the desk. Reserve one of these rooms.
